Once we confirm availability, we can help you choose the best package and explain the deposit needed to secure your date.
Standard rentals include 4 hours of event time plus a 1-hour setup window before your start time. Additional event hours can be added for an extra fee based on date and event type.
Weekday — Monday through Thursday
• Full Rear Entrance — up to 300 seated / 500+ standing: $2,000
Weekend — Friday through Sunday
• Full Rear Entrance — up to 300 seated / 500+ standing: Normally $3,000 - On Sale for only $2,000!

Additional event hours are available at an extra hourly rate ($200 an hour).

Classic Entry Package
Served/set appetizers or casual buffet + beer and wine open bar

Buffet entrées + house full bar

All-Access Entry Package
Premium/carvery menu + premium full bar. Full Rear Entrance only.

• Great for milestone birthdays and small corporate events
Deluxe / Carvery Buffet — from $45 per person
• Premium proteins such as steak, salmon, lamb chops, etc.
• 3–4 entrées + 4 sides + salad and bread
• Designed for weddings, VIP events, and upscale corporate functions
For more casual events, guests can order from the regular menu while you enjoy a private space.
Instead of a flat rental fee, we set a Food & Beverage minimum based on your date and time:
• Weekdays: typical minimum $2,000–$4,000
• Weekends: typical minimum $3,000–$6,000
If the food and beverage minimum is not met, the host pays the difference. Room rental fees may be reduced or waived with a signed food and beverage minimum agreement.
Outside Beverages
No outside beverages are allowed. All drinks must be purchased through The Entrance.
Celebration Desserts
Desserts from a licensed bakery are welcome. Optional cake-cutting and dessert service: $2.50 per person.
Full Outside Catering
Approved on a case-by-case basis with a facility fee and proof of license/insurance:
• Half Rear Entrance: $300 Outside Catering & Facility Fee
• Full Rear Entrance: $500 Outside Catering & Facility Fee
Bar Service Options
• Cash Bar — Guests pay individually.
• Hosted Tab — Host sets a dollar limit; once reached, the bar switches to cash.
• Open Bar — Hourly or per-person pricing available for beer and wine, house bar, or premium bar.
